Weekly Photo Challenge: Abandoned

Abandoned

Abandoned

Since arriving in Croatia I have seen quite a few examples of abandonment, from a long-ruined castle near Orahovica, to the entire town of Završje.

The one I have decided to highlight though is this child from Sarajevo, a young boy abandoned by a city that has itself experienced being abandoned.

This post is in response to this week’s Photo Challenge.
